At Swedzo Furnitures, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund or return policy.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or return.
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Info@swedzo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If it meets our requirements, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days. We will refund the original amount paid for the item, excluding any shipping fees, taxes, or customs charges.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange. We will require photos of the damage or the wrong item to process your request. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. We will issue a refund or exchange the item free of charge.
Please note that we do not offer return and refund for customized furniture or cash on delivery orders. We understand that our customers may require specific colors or designs that are not available in stock. For this reason, we offer customized furniture options. Please make sure to carefully select the right color and design before placing your order.
