Your right to cancel (change of mind). You may cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason.

  • UK customers: this is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • France/EU customers: this is your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. A model withdrawal form is at the end of this policy.

Condition of returned goods. Please return items in their original packaging where possible. You may handle the goods only as you would in a shop; if the value of the goods is reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the cost of return shipping. For faulty or misdescribed goods (see below), we cover the cost.

Items that cannot be returned.

  • Customized / made-to-order furniture — exempt from the cancellation right.
  • Mattresses that have been unpacked or unsealed — for health and hygiene reasons these cannot be returned once the seal is opened. (Sealed hygiene goods are a recognised exemption under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.)

Faulty or misdescribed goods (separate from change-of-mind).

  • UK: you have a 30-day right to reject faulty goods for a refund, and rights to repair or replacement (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
  • France: the garantie légale de conformité and garantie des vices cachés apply. We cover return costs for faulty items.

How to return. Email connect@swedzo.com with your order number and we'll provide the returns address and instructions. (Returns address supplied on request.)

Refunds. Once we receive the goods back (or proof that you've sent them), we refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order.
