How much does delivery cost? We offer completely free delivery for all orders shipped within the Île-de-France region. For the rest of France and the EU, shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long will it take to receive my furniture? All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, standard transit time takes an additional 1 to 3 business days to reach your address.

What is your return policy? We offer a hassle-free 14-day return window for all items in our store. Your items must be in the same condition that you received them.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? No! We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. We cover 100% of the return shipping costs, and we do not charge any restocking fees. All items are eligible for return.
