Who we are. Swedzo Furniture Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for personal data collected via swedzo.com. Contact: connect@swedzo.com.
What we collect. Name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, order history, and technical data (IP address, device/browser type, cookies). Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis.
- To process, deliver and support your orders — performance of a contract.
- To send marketing where you have opted in — consent.
- To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations — legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — legitimate interests.
Who we share it with. Shopify (our store platform), Shopify Payments and cash-on-delivery/logistics partners, delivery carriers, and any email, analytics or marketing tools we use. We require these providers to protect your data and use it only as instructed.
International transfers. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
