Terms of Service

Last updated: 01/Aug/2026

These terms govern your use of swedzo.com and any purchase you make from it. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

swedzo.com is operated by SWEDZO LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company number: 13757750
  • Registered office: PO Box 4385, 13757750: Companies House default address, Cardiff, CF14 8LH
  • Email: connect@swedzo.com
  • Phone: +44 7915 634083

We sell to every market ourselves. In France and other EU countries, delivery and returns are handled on our behalf by our appointed agent:

SWEDZO MEUBLE'S SARL, 4 Rue de la Guivernone, 95310 Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône, France

Your contract is with SWEDZO LTD in all cases. SWEDZO LTD remains responsible to you for your order, wherever it is delivered from.

2. Placing an order

  • Our website is an invitation to buy, not an offer. Your order is an offer to purchase.
  • A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming despatch. An order acknowledgement is not acceptance.
  • We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if the price was listed incorrectly. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP for UK customers and in EUR for EU customers.
  • EU orders ship from within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import duties to pay on delivery.
  • Delivery costs are additional unless stated, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept [CONFIRM which payment methods are actually enabled on this store].
  • If we discover an obvious pricing error before despatch, we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

4. Your rights as a consumer

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. In particular:

  • UK customers: your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • EU customers: your rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive (EU) 2019/771, as implemented in your country. Where the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you greater protection than these terms, that law applies.

Our Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

5. Products

  • Images, colours and dimensions are indicative. Natural materials such as wood and fabric vary in grain and shade, and screen colours vary between devices.
  • Dimensions may vary slightly. Please allow tolerance when measuring your space.
  • We may change specifications where a change does not materially affect the product.

6. Our liability

  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, or for loss caused by an event outside our reasonable control.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • If you are buying as a business, our liability is limited to the price of the goods and we exclude liability for loss of profit, business or goodwill.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You must be at least 18 to place an order.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

9. Personal data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

11. Governing law

  • Consumers: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, but this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
  • Businesses: these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
